I do not know how

I do not know They can have two (2) policies on the same property with the same coverage. This looks like a scam to me,or just down right fraud.

mother of the child killed by driver insured by Lyndon Southern Insurance

My child of 7 years of age along with his best friend and best friends father were killed in an accident on March 24th, 2018. The at fault driver was insured by Lyndon Southern insurance company. Not only are they heartless individuals, but on the letter to my attorneys office they didnt even have my baby’s last name correct. Stay away from this company. They actually denied the claim.

Cancelling United World Medical Supplement

This company debited the incorrect bank account in February, the first month of such debits. In December, when I enrolled, I gave them the correct information from which the premium was withdrawn. Their error caused me numerous hours of work and phone calls. I have now spoken with three people either by phone or email. Two of them were able to see the error. However, I have one email telling me I’m not getting back the overdraft fees resulting from this. It is simply a principle issue. Friday, I received a voice mail telling me that this 4th person needs more information!! I attemppted to return the call to Ashley @402-351-7270 at 9:00 a.m. and again a few minutes ago. I left a message the first time. Terrible company if they are fighting so hard to keep $16.00??

Crooks and liars

Promised to cover wellness and chiropractic. Didn’t cover anything! Can’t reach anyone on the phone. Iba will only say
Not covered! Should be fined and jailed for fraud.

Rating should be neg 5

Treated me like family

This insurance company treated me like family. They are not only helpful but professional.

Mountain Valley Indemnity

This company is just plain terrible. I called Progressive Insurance for a home owners policy and they switched to these crooks. After a year I found out from my mortgage company they went up on my policy by $600 bucks. No warning so I said see you later. After two months I still haven’t seen my refund which of course is 7 to 10 days out or has been sent back being undeliverable.I’m just thankful that I never had to file a claim with these crooks but I’m still out a lot of money. Shame on you Progressive for backing such an untrustworthy company.

Home owner

They get a Minus with me 1 is too muchis not even good enough for them there a thief that takes your money and when it’s time for your claim they don’t want to pay they jump through hoops to pay I haven’t gotten payment for my damage since 2017 hurricane they are a thief sent five I pray this to my house don’t know what they are looking for I would not ensure with this company again

So frustrating

This is really the worst insurance I have had in my career. I now work for a small company (after working for large corporations with great benefits) and I have to say my experience has been terrible. The plans and forms are over complicated and incredibly time consuming to research. AND once you select a plan, fill out the forms correctly AND enter the correct Doctor ID codes, THEY STILL SIGN YOU UP FOR THE WRONG GROUPS AND THE WRONG DR.S.

THis is the 2nd year in a row, that I have provided ALL information in advance and when I get to the Dr. they tell me I am signed up for Scripps Health, when I have ALWAYS gone to Sharp. Or they signed my kids up for a different pediatrician than the only one we have ever seen.

Also, don’t plan to go to Urgent Care, there is a good chance that No Urgent care around is available on Sundays.

Really a nightmare to manage, like a second job, just exhausting!! Next year I will just pay out of pocket for a different provider.

Wow one and a half star rating. Yea these assholes are thieves

The most un-trustworthy insurance company in the US. Make coin on insuring high risk ex-cons and completely screw anyone who’s a victim of an accident by their clients. The insurance administration should be ashamed they allow these thieving bastard to conduct business in the US.

National Benefit Life Insurance/Prime America Very Disreputable/Unethical

National Benefit LIfe Insurance Company is not reputable at all. My father purchased a $10,000 policy in 1969. He paid $400 a year for 50 years! He is nearly 100 years old and they just cut him off months before he is due to be paid out on the policy. He paid over $20,000 for a $10,000 policy, which seems foolish to me. Nevertheless, no agent acted as a fiduciary on his behalf. He was recently hospitalized, missed his July payment and grace period. When we found the unopened may, they had already taken out $400 from his policy to pay up the remainder of his entire policy payments. Then they sent a letter stating he could not be reinstated after telling us numerous times that he was reinstated. A terrible company that lacks ethics and does not care about its clients whatsoever. Can you imagine paying for 50 years, 200 payments, and miss just one months before you would be paid out and then be cut off. Unbelieveable and so unethical.

Nationwide Insurance STINKS

My car was hit in the back , totaling it. I called Nationwide Ins who insured the person thtt hit me and they didn’t provide a replacement for 6 days and then offered me 60% of what I paid for my car 3 days earlier. They will screw you any chance they get.

None of these reviews make sense

none of these reviews are about the company listed above, Century Surety. How is this allowed to stand?

Rhonda Very Disappointed!

Would love to get together for a Class Action lawsuit! Never had I experienced such unethical behavior! Hopefully Justice will get served. Thinking the staff is not exactly sure about what the laws of Estate executor duties require!!Hopefully soon some might learn something from this.

This is a warning from personal experience. I wouldn’t take the time to write a review but in this case I feel a responsibility to inform unsuspecting potential customers of this company’s unethical practices. The fact that there is not a class action lawsuit against yet makes a statement as to the state of our debacle of a insurance system in this country. My particular case was cut and dry ( we thought ) we had a pipe break and had the sense to make a video during the commotion. We were told that the pipe broke due to a slow , constant leak and therefore was not. Overestimate. The claims “manager “ Mandy stated to me they don’t cover an incident like that which prompted me to ask what is covered and her actual response. “a car driving through my house “ ! She was also able , with her super human powers , to tell from across the country that I had a slow leak in my kitchen that I did not notice yet they noticed without living in my house. My video with water gushing , and destroying my home meant nothing. Please don’t put your family in a situation in which their safety comes down to needing help from them because you will be denied and sadly lied to. Hope this stops someone !

Worst Company ever

Had a pipe break in the house. Cut and dry , made video and all. They said the break in the pipe was due to a slow break therefore is not covered. This , unfortunately, is not a joke. Do not use them.

Bad experience

I was rear-ended at a stop light by an ACC client in May. The police report states it was their fault as per SC law. My insurance company (Progressive) is handling the claim. I have yet to get my deductible refunded to me and no one will respond to the numerous calls that I have left. It has been 3 months now. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Awful company

Save yourself a huge headache and do not use this insurance company. Awful. Ignored my calls regarding my claim until I got several supervisors involved and now is saying there are multiple claims on one loss (so they can get multiple deductibles). Telling me some of the loss not covered etc. It has been almost 2 months and still nothing in writing. Meanwhile my unit is damaged and unoccupied.

auto insurance

If there was a ZERO star that is what I would leave. Luckily this is not my insurance company. However the person who ran into our parked car does have this insurance. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! LIARS RUDE AND JUST DISRESPECTFUL. If you ever have to file a claim be prepared to be irritated and get a lawyer. Not only are they trying to rip us off and only cover half the damage to our work vehicle but they also only allow $25 per day for a rental van. which wont even cover a compact car and we drive a mini van. Not only was Porsha rude several times but also hung up on us. Then the car rental guy called to tell her there were no vehicles in the $25 range and she hung up on him. WOW. so professional

Archaic and not user friendly

Aurora is handling my very old pension plan. I’m not collecting on it now as I’m not retired/old enough, but it’s not too far off. Still, I’m maintaining correspondence with them to ensure they have my current information. Turns out, I still need to submit certain documents, forms some involving notarization. Okay, I’ll play along. Turns out EVERYTHING must be down in writing, snail mail. I can’t email anything or access my information even update a phone number or such. So, I have to make paper copies of things and mail them in. Very user-unfriendly, very slow progress. Finally, calling them is less than friendly. So, my personal experience in simply contacting and pro-actively updating my information rates this company very low. I sure hope things go better when I retire and begin to collect my pension!

If I could rate this a -0 I would. You underwrite for 24PetWatch Insurance. to call them/your company scams would be giving you credit. You are a disgrace loving pet owners that have paid into your bullshit insurance, only to be denied for frivolous minutiae.

I have been with this shitty insurance for 7 years with 3 pets no less. and have only filed one claim – and ittook 5 months and endless back ‘n forth to get reimbursed for my dog, that later died from his condition. One of my dogs has been insured since a pup, and has been in need of a hip replacement almost since the age of 1. You guys denied the claim, no now the same dog is 7. I have paid for your here pain management, after confirming before hand that hit was covered under your shit policy. And of course, the claim was denied.

Going a little research is not fucking wonder that you have a 1.5 rating, and 24Petwatch about the same.

I have taken to FB, Twitter and any other social outlets that I can think of. I won’t get my 13K that I’ve paid into this garbage policy, but I will certainly get 13K of a voice bashing your scam-ridden sorry excuse for a legitimate business.

Safepoint Insurance: CROOKS!

Buyer Beware: if you choose Safepoint Insurance Company for your homeowner’s policy, be prepared to hire a law firm to handle any claim, should you be unfortunate enough to have one.

SHADY INSURANCE COMPANY

RUN. Run from this company! This company will use any loophole to keep from paying a claim. If you use this company, be prepared to file claims with US Securities and Exchange; your local Insurance Commissioner; and the Better Business Bureau. Shawn, Claims Supervisor is a joke. He just lies and lies. Fighting for months to settle a claim for my husband.

Bait and Switch

Anthem BlueCross and BlueShield quoted a premium for healthcare then after receiving my first premium payment raised the premium by $50 per month. They blamed the Marketplace. In a conference call with Anthem/Marketplace/myself, the Marketplace denied any request for a rate increase. Anthem requested 30 days to review their records. Called me back within 24 hrs and claimed that my age and my son’s age increased. However the increase in age was 6 months and 1 month PRIOR to the application. Stay clear from BlueCross and BlueShield

Dorchester Mutual Insurance Company

Had this company through an agent. Asked them if Dorchester Mutual would cover a tree falling on my house. The answer was no. I dropped them like a hot coal. Scammers, collect your money cover nothing.

Misleading Reviews

These reviews are misleading. I went to look at Philadelphia American Insurance and under the company profile are negative reviews for other insurance companies. You have negative reviews below for car and home insurance that Philadelphia American does not even sell in these categories. Philadelphia American is a Health Plan that is helping many many people and to mislead people with negative reviews that don’t even apply is wrong.

Worst insurance you can have

Worst insurance company I ever had. They lie about everything . They have the worst customer service reps that are rude and bitchy . Pass this company by and get a different company that will be more reliable and cheaper in Maidstone. I would’ve left them a zero but you have to leave at least one store that’s how shitty of a company they are.

Horrible Dentegra dental insurance in world

Today is August 2018. I have been struggling to arrange and visit a dentist office over 60 days.

Almost 90% dentists rejected to accept my insurance and Dentegra insurance company is very terrible. Dentegra does not know what and how much to cover. There is loop awful vague system with Dentegra dental insurance. Dentegra always avoids to address this issue and poor with coverage. They like to hung up and they are not reliable in service.Dentegra treat you like you are a dead person. Your dental bills will be like almost like its a car purchase cost.

Bad Faith Insurance

When someone hits your car in the middle of the day and totals it, while it’s parked outside your house, you would think the driver’s insurance company would accept responsibility, right? Not if that insurance company happens to be Alpha Property & Casualty Insurance. Our first indication that we were dealing with a company determined to deny a claim no matter what, was when we had the misfortune to be assigned a claims agent by the name of Yolanda in Clinton, Iowa. We were patiently prepared to give her all the pertinent information, including the police report number, but the first question she had for us was “where’s the car?” When we told her the police had ordered it removed, she said “I’m not filing this claim if the car isn’t at the scene of the accident.” We then attempted to speak to her supervisor, but even though this individual was pleasant to deal with (unlike Yolanda), she also asked why the police had removed it.

I responded that perhaps she ought to ask the officer in question (whose information I provided her with), but perhaps it was because there was glass and metal all over the street, and we were opposite an elementary school, where students were due to be released at any moment. Since that conversation, we tried to get information from our insurance agent, hoping that he would have better luck getting cooperation from the Claims Team at Kemper. At one point he indicated that he thought they would deny our claim because they stated to him that they had been unable to contact their client. My husband knew that the driver had been issued a citation for inattentive driving and that he would have a subsequent court date. We tracked down the prosecuting attorney’s office and made note of the date and time of hearing.

I emailed both insurance companies with this information, suggesting that they send a representative to hopefully be able to speak with the driver in person. Just in case, my husband showed up, and (no surprise) neither insurance companies were represented. My husband was able, however, to speak to the owner of the vehicle and asked her point blank if she had authorized the driver to drive her car that day. The owner was a passenger in the vehicle. She told my husband that indeed she had asked him to drive since she was suffering from a migraine. My husband asked her to contact Yolanda and tell her exactly that.

The owner claimed that both she and the driver had attempted to contact Yolanda on several occasions and couldn’t even leave her a message because a recording came on saying “mailbox is full”. Today we received a curt letter from Yolanda saying our claim is denied because “we determined there is no coverage under our insured’s policy for this loss. As a result, we will be unable to provide payment for any damages resulting from this accident and closed our file.” What does this even mean? No explanation, and no attempt on their part to make good on their responsibility to pay out on a claim that is fully justified.

I have never encountered a worse customer service, that I have with Kemper. You call for help and NOBODY will help you. They will transfer you over to the “right department” over and over

My car was parked outside my house and was demolished by a driver who had this insurance. Not only did the company deny our claim, but the result means that we are out not only the deductible on our insurance, but our rates have increased because this is deemed an accident on our part since our insurance had to pay for the car. In other words, because insurance companies don’t do “nuance”, it’s our fault, despite the fact that an unoccupied car, minding it’s own business outside our house, can be demolished by a driver with terrible insurance like Alpha Property.
